Bicycle touring feed from Dorn Identität - 26 Sep 2021

Here is another update of my tour. After 4 weeks on the bicycle we arrived in Sofia last week, a first important milestone on your journey. We took some time to regenerate ourselfes, get the bikes in shape and to do some sightseeing. Tomorrow we continue. Bike travel to the Balkans is fantastic. The temperatures in September are quite moderate, sometimes even still very warm. The landscape is breathtaking and the people are mostly very helpful. After some discussion we decided to continue south through the Balkans, Greece and Turkey. From there on, we will decide depending on the Corona situation. Iran, Isreal and Jordan or Southeast Asia are all possible destinations. If you have any good suggestions, please let me know. Everything is worth it to dicuss. Unfortunately, the the options are very limited at moment. Perhaps, it will be better in a couple of month.
